The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers participated in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
